Return & Exchange Policy

There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product you purchased online:

If you are not 100% satisfied with our product you can return it for a full refund, excluding return shipping fees. 

 

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

 

For returns by mail, once we receive your return, we will process it within 7–10 business days. Depending on your bank's processing time, it may take up to 10 days after we process the return to reflect on your account.
